I believe in a holistic (Mind, Body, Spirit) approach to treatment and utilize a variety of psychological modalities that include: mindfulness, motivational interviewing, existential psychotherapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic interpretation, cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management, pain management, and spirituality.

I received my degree in clinical psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in 2011. Throughout my career I have strived to work with diverse clients with a variety of challenges ranging from severe mental illness to everyday relationship issues. I have had the opportunity to treat adolescents, adults, couples, and families from many different cultural backgrounds. Throughout my experience I have found that the key to successful therapy is the client/therapist relationship. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that requires a healthy working relationship. If I am not a good fit for you I will refer you to a therapist who may be better suited to address your needs.

At the onset of treatment, we will discuss what has brought you into therapy and your goals for treatment, and together we will decide how to address your needs and concerns.  My goal is to empower and support you in the therapeutic process and guide you to solutions that not only resolve what brought you into therapy but provide you with greater meaning and fulfillment in your life.
